We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Torolo for your private city mapping activities. This includes the ability to mark independent businesses, public art, and architectural gems for your own recollection. This service is provided "as is," intended for recreational and informational purposes only.
Every photo you take and every tag you assign remains your intellectual contribution. You are solely responsible for the content you generate within your local map archive. Specifically, you agree that your city gems and route descriptions will not:
Torolo respects your autonomy. There is no requirement to create a profile, register an email, or maintain a password. Your discoveries are stored locally on your device. Consequently, we do not manage "user accounts" and cannot recover your data if your device is lost or the application is deleted.
While your photos and notes are yours, the design, code, interface, and branding of the Torolo application are the exclusive property of our developers. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the mapping and route-planning algorithms.
Cities are constantly changing, and so is Torolo. We reserve the right to modify the interface, update map providers, or alter the logic of route generation without prior notice. Such changes are implemented to refine the exploration experience and maintain technical stability.
Your urban wanderings are undertaken at your own risk. Torolo does not verify the current operational status, safety, or accessibility of the spots you choose to visit. We are not liable for any physical injury, property damage, or disappointment resulting from your visit to a marked location or the following of a generated route.
This Charter shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and relevant regulatory requirements. Any disputes arising from the use of the atlas shall be submitted to the competent dispute resolution bodies.
